It Is Possible to Change the Computer Settings for Audi A4 1997, When He Turns Too High?

Which may or may not be a stupid question! But I have Audi A4, the speed is too high in comparison with others. . . Possible (or even help the value) Change / Reset the computer ratios? Where possible, the best mechanic to do the work, or can any intelligent thinking person a job?.
